All refugees enter the U.S. with authorization to work and are expected to gain full-time employment within 90 to 120 days after arrival. Refugees offer local employers a desirable workforce. Eager to work, refugees prove to be dependable and reliable employees.

Our refugee clients bring a diversity of skills to Kentucky employers. Our Employment Program Manager, Kayla Byrd, works throughout the employment process to help newly employed clients deliver satisfactory work performances.
